AckerTech Optimizer is designed with your privacy as a priority. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service.

Hashed Hardware Identifier (HWID): When you first open AckerTech, a one-way hashed identifier tied to your hardware is saved to our database. This ensures your settings, optimization stats, XP, and data remain tied to your machine across reinstalls.
Account Data (if signed in): If you create an account, your account ID is linked to your HWID to enable cross-device data sync.
License Information: For Premium users, we store your plan_type, license_key, charge_id, and email address (purely for license key recovery).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the AckerTech Optimizer service
To sync your settings and preferences across devices (when signed in)
To recover your license key if lost
To improve our software based on anonymous usage patterns

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Personal names, addresses, or phone numbers
Browsing history or web activity
Credit card details (processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy)
Keystrokes, mouse movements, or screen content
File contents or personal documents

4. Third-Party Services

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for information on how they handle payment data.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between AckerTech Optimizer and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. HWID hashes are one-way and cannot be reversed to identify you. Cloud sync data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@ackertech.xyz. We will process your request within 30 days.
