1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AckerTech Optimizer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
The Software is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Free Version
The free version includes 50 optimizations, basic System Health, Hardware Info, basic Deep Clean, Debloat, and community support. It is fully functional and not a limited trial.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment granting permanent access to all current and future Premium features. Up to 3 personal devices may be activated per license.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our software, all purchases are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact admin@ackertech.xyz.
6. Acceptable Use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent any technical measures or license restrictions
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AckerTech Studio be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Software or email.
